about
Most people in Kenya already save through M-Pesa — moving money into a second SIM, a trusted relative's number, or a paper chama register. Pesacraft gives that same instinct a proper home: a wallet that's always reachable from your phone, backed by an accounting system built the way banks build theirs.
We're starting narrow and deliberate: phone-based sign-up, M-Pesa deposits and withdrawals, and a transaction history you can actually trust. Goals, group savings for chamas, and investment products are designed into the architecture from day one — they'll arrive as the platform matures, without ever needing the underlying ledger to be rebuilt.
A savings app only earns trust once, and loses it in one bad transaction. We ship the boring, provably-correct version first.
We're not retrofitting a card-based product for M-Pesa users — mobile money is the native rail, from day one.
The features we haven't shipped yet were designed alongside the ones we have, so growth never means a rewrite.
